We will also register your property on www.rightmove.co.uk, www.primelocation.com, www.propertyfinder.com, www.findaproperty.com, and www.homemover.org. When combined, these websites enable us to provide local, regional, national and international coverage for your property! - Advertising
We take out full colour advertising space in the Sale and Altrincham Messenger and will advertise your property for two weeks as a new instruction and every other week thereafter. We also advertise in a range of other media, such as Cheshire Life and Moving House Magazine.
We understand the importance of advertising to make sure your property reaches every corner of the market. - Details with Digital Photography and Floorplans
All our sales particulars include photographs which are digitally produced with a range of internal and external images. We never give out a set of details for a property without photos.
The floor plans we produce help buyers identify houses that suit their needs. It also makes it easier for a viewer to remember your property in detail. - Location Plans, Street Mapping and Site Plans
Uniquely, we are the only Agent to use location, street and site plans within all our property details. - Dedicated Sales Negotiator
With every new instruction to market a property, we instantly assign a dedicated Sales Negotiator who will not only manage the day to day sales activity of your property, they will also arrange a convenient appointment to view your home, thus enabling them to ‘sell’ your property to potential buyers, speaking from personal experience.
Most importantly, a key skill essential for any Estate Agent is the ability to negotiate an offer. All our Sales Negotiators are determined, persistent and successful negotiators who are professionally trained to get the best price they can for your home. - Buyers Register
To increase our chances of selling your home, we consistently have approximately 2500 buyers registered on our database at any one time. We record the "Buyer Status" of all registered buyers, so that we can identify those in a position to proceed immediately.
When we put a property on the market, on average, we notify 150 – 200 buyers either by mailshot, phone or email. - Viewings
We arrange between 100 and 150 viewings per week and all viewings can be accompanied by one of our Full Time Viewing Representatives, 7 days a week. You will be notified of the outcome of every viewing – see below. - Feedback and Communication
We believe that the first rule of excellent Customer Service in Estate Agency is based around the frequency and quality of feedback and communication between the Estate Agent and the Vendor/Client. As such, all Watersons’ Vendors can expect the following:-
• Feedback given on all viewings within 48 hours of the viewing taking place.
• We will analyse feedback, so that we know what the market thinks of your home.
• Every 4 weeks you will receive a comprehensive Marketing Update, when all aspects of the marketing of your property will be reviewed.
• We will use tangible information to provide you with the right advice on the continued marketing of your property. - Sale Progression
When we are agreeing a sale on your property we immediately identify the Buying Position and Financial Status including full Chain Details. During the transaction we will liaise with surveyors, mortgage lenders, solicitors, building contractors and anyone else we need to in order to move your sale to the finishing post as quickly as possible. We will keep you informed of all progress in the form of a Weekly Update, but if we need to give Daily Updates at critical stages, we will! We will also continue to arrange viewings for your property at least until your buyer has had a survey done, giving you the chance of a Fall Back Buyer. - A Professionally Trained Sales Team
All of the Sales Team have attended professional training courses provided by the National Association of Estate Agents, of which we are a member. Topics covered include:

As a personal motivation for our sales staff, Watersons operate a Profit Share and Bonus Scheme relative to the price achieved for each property we sell. As a result, 20% of the profit that the Company makes, goes directly back to the Sales Team. This means that they have a huge incentive to sell your property for the best possible price. - Peace of Mind
Watersons are members of the National Association of Estate Agents and the Ombudsman Scheme for Estate Agents as approved by the Office of Fair Trading. Accordingly Watersons must abide by their strict codes of conduct, assuring the utmost professionalism.

We successfully established Watersons Lettings and Management six years ago which has grown and branched away into an independent business as Verve Lettings. Our two businesses have been working closely referring business to each other over the last two years.
We have now decided to use our experience of the property market and actively rent and manage properties in house again as ‘WATERSONS PROPERTY RENTALS’ so that we can offer our customers both a high quality Sales and Rentals service.
Daniel Cash will principally be the main point of contact having been an integral part Watersons since it formed in 2001, and has operated as an agent within the local area for the last twelve years.
