Since May 2001 WATERSONS INDEPENDENT ESTATE AGENTS has established itself as one of the leading Estate Agents in the area, specialising in Residential Sales across Hale, Altrincham, Hale Barns, Bowdon and Timperley.
Principal, Peter R. Waterson MNAEA has 18 years experience in local Estate Agency, has lived in the area all his life and has gone to great lengths to create an Estate Agency business that is like no other Estate Agent in the area, both in terms of image and customer service.
Watersons first office opened in Altrincham in May 2001 and was followed in December 2003, by the arrival of the stunning Hale Office.
WATERSONS Guarantee that all properties will be marketed from both the Hale and Altrincham offices. Both offices have inter-linked I.T. systems to ensure maximum publicity, irrespective of where you choose to register your property.
We are dedicated to providing a first class service to both buyers and sellers alike and a comprehensive strategy for all properties offered for sale.
In 2006 we sold £83,000,000 worth of property, testament to our service standards and ability.
About Peter R. Waterson ANAEA
Principal, Peter R Waterson MNAEA has lived in the Hale and Altrincham area all of his life and began his career in Estate Agency in 1987 at the age of 18.
By the age of 19 Peter was given his first management role and over the next decade, he developed his skills in the industry, taking exams to become a member of the National Association of Estate Agents.
In 1994 Peter joined a large corporate agent and successfully ran the Sale office followed by the Hale and Altrincham Offices. Under Peter's leadership, each office was transformed into a top performing Branch office. Peter ultimately became one of the most senior and respected Branch Managers in the company and was also appointed Company Auctioneer.
Never totally comfortable with the restrictions of working for an inflexible corporate group, Peter yearned for the freedom and independence of his own business in order to allow his ideals, for how an Estate Agency should be run, to materialise.
Hence the formation of Watersons Independent Estate Agents in 2001.
About Daniel Cash
The Principal of the Altrincham office, Daniel Cash has a wealth of local knowledge, being a lifelong Altrincham/Timperley resident.
His Estate Agency career began in 1997 working for a large corporate agency where successful progression through a variety of roles lead Daniel to his first Branch Manager position at the age of 21.
The experience that Daniel received during his time within a corporate environment was invaluable, however it’s restrictions and sometimes dated image was to drive him towards a new and fresher estate agency venture.
Following the formation of Watersons Independent Estate Agents in 2001, Daniel was the first person to join the new company. Over the next two years, Daniel assisted Peter in the rapid growth of the company and at the beginning of 2004, Daniel was made Principal of the Altrincham office and more recently, a Director.
